Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped from Toronto, Ontario.

In-stock items are typically shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase, although processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased as pre-orders will ship on or around the release date indicated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once all items become available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Release dates are subject to change by artists, labels, manufacturers, or distributors. If a release date changes, your order will ship once inventory is received and available for fulfillment.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Most Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Estimated delivery times are typically 2–5 business days from the date of shipment, though delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. Most domestic orders arrive within one week of shipment.

If your order has not arrived within one week after the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact store@sixshooterrecords.com and include your order number.

Please note that not all shipping services include tracking.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery times for international orders are generally 3–6 weeks from the date of shipment, though delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Some international shipping methods may not include tracking or delivery confirmation.

Customs regulations vary by country, and shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections or processing. Six Shooter Records is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, carriers, weather events, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
