Returns & Exchanges

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

If you receive a product with a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us at store@sixshooterrecords.com within 48 hours of delivery. Defective items may be eligible for an exchange at our discretion if reported within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, and in substantially the same condition as received.

Exchanges are not available more than 7 days after delivery.

Items purchased through a sale, discount code, promotional offer, clearance event, or marked as final sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

European Union Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the withdrawal request option available on our website or contact us at store@sixshooterrecords.com before the withdrawal period expires.

If a valid withdrawal request is submitted, we will provide confirmation of receipt of your request and instructions regarding the return of eligible items.

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including but not limited to sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed after delivery, custom or personalized products, and other items exempt under consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
