EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

This notice applies to consumers residing in the European Union.

Under applicable European consumer protection laws, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a withdrawal request through the withdrawal form available on our website or contact us at store@sixshooterrecords.com before the withdrawal period expires.

You will be asked to provide:

• Your first and last name
• Your order number 
• Confirmation of your intention to withdraw from the purchase

After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received.

Returning Goods

If your withdrawal request is accepted, you must return the eligible goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw.

Items should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for any direct costs associated with returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

If a withdrawal is validly exercised, we will reimburse all payments received for the applicable products, including standard delivery charges where required by law, within the timeframe required by applicable legislation.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

Certain products may not be eligible for withdrawal rights where permitted by law, including:

• Sealed audio recordings, CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, DVDs, or similar media that have been unsealed after delivery
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Goods made to the consumer's specifications
• Other products exempt under applicable consumer protection legislation
